Early New England Home Designs
offers Custom Designs for
Restorations, Additions and New Period Homes
Our Designs are created from original Period Homes,
whilst applying the proper Architectural Features and blending the amenities of today’s lifestyle. We support local, state
and regional historical and preservation societies in their
quest to retain New England’s Heritage and Architectural
identity.
Considerable time has been spent researching all aspects of Early New England Homes to assure that the use of Architectural Features are correct. A minimum of two weeks is spent each year visiting and photographing historic
homes, learning and discovering additional features with each
visit.
Environmental issues impact our designs which require us to inform you of alternative materials and construction processes and their effect on prices as well as the long term advantage of using them.
We believe that the building industry has a duty to become the leader of environmental issues and energy efficiency as our professions have a major effect on the problems that
exist. |
