Listening to our clients is essential for us to obtain the information required to provide a design reflecting their individuality and unique lifestyle.  We have found most people have concerns with respect to Energy Efficiency and the Environment.  We use the LEED* Rating System for all designs and make every effort to comply with the standard.  * Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design

A blend of the Home Style, the clients Lifestyle and today's amenities provide the ingredients required to create the preliminary design with the site and environmental considerations added during the final design stage. Locating the house on the site may be determined by the size and shape of the lot.  A larger parcel of land
is required if the house is to be positioned for
a particular view or to take advantage of terrain feature.  The orientation and location of the
house can be one of the final steps as these will
not effect the floor plan as initially accepted.
